Celtic have closed the points gap to Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership after a huge Liel Abada goal against Dundee United to win 1-0. It now stands at just two points. Great result and finish to a frustrating 90 minutes i have said many times on here Abada is not a wide winger he is much better inside and can score goals central.
While i understand Ange thinking to keep two of his better players for the second half so we can finish the game stronger with better options unlike recent games when we have tired after 60 minutes but had a poor bench. It made to a very nervous wait for that first goal.
Ralston touch cost Bitton a booking as did Taylors touch for the second card but Bitton also lets his good work down with silly fouls (he could have been sent off at tynecastle) Forrest was poor again but the spirit to get a winner was something lacking from laste seasons want away players.
Lets hope we can get our noses in front on Wednesday and with a full squad available from March go on to win the title.Which would be a superb achievement.

I was looking at the League table and wondered what would happen if as it stands we should be at home to our 5 opponents and the huns away to the 5 teams what would be decided ad where would they send us for a third time?

After Wednesday I was surprised Jamesy started, today was yet another poor performance. Not in the least surprised he was hooked. I’m wondering if his poor form is partly down to both CalMac and Broony being missing ?
Maybe clutching at straws but those guys playing plus KT certainly seemed to coincide Forrest performing.

Hail Hail

i think the player Forrest links best with is Rogic but unfortuanalty time moves on and Jamesy injuries will heal but will his heart … lacks conviction to beat players, crossing has been poor and his pretend closing down offers no real defencive cover …lack of hungry was our problem with players last season only desire will get Forrest back on song or he will struggle to get in Ange future teams

He’s not shown up against the Ranjurs in years, old Slippy had Forrest’s number from the get go, unfortunately he’s an empty shirt against them. I’d have him on the bench to come in against tired legs
