Our game against Ranger’s is massive, if we win we not only go top, but it shows everyone in the league including Ranger’s that we are well and truly back.
AP has made an amazing transformation in such a short period of time, he inherited a team which was low in confidence and lacking belief on the pitch to a team that looks co-ordinated and well drilled and a team with smiles on the players faces again, because the players now trust and believe in each other’s skills and abilities.
They put their trust in a new manager, and a new playing style, and it’s paying off big time.
The only criticism I have is that we are not prolific enough in front of the goalmouth, that is something we need to sort out asap, because it’s something that Ranger’s could exploit, but I’m absolutely sure Ange has told the team that we need to improve in that area quickly and when I say quickly I mean on Wednesday.
I think it’s vital to get an early goal to settle us down and go on and dominate the game and give us a comfortable win.
Ange must do everything in his power to get Maeda and Rogic back for Wednesday’s game, even if that means hiring private Jets to accomplish that task.
Even if they don’t start the match, just to have them available on the bench to come on when we need them is huge.
Come on, Celtic, we can do this. HH

I know that the bench is a bit thin right now but Ange needs to start making changes around 60 mins as we seen to tire around that point.

Certainly Hatate and O’Riley tired after 60 mins at Swinecastle but that IMHO is down to the speed & intensity Ange teams play at. It’ll get better for both. Everyone who joins will initially struggle though Ange will reckon they’ll adapt & some who he inherited will never make it & be gone.
Re Wednesday night, I’ve said it before but I think CalMac may be a “surprise” starter.
Hail Hail.

I do think they’ll adapt but we’ve seen lots of injuries as players have to go through the whole 90
