Again Im confused about what is going on. Does DD run Celtic? Is he Celtic by virtue of his fortune? He didn
t even attend the AGM, Don`t we have a CEO and a Chairman along with other Executive Board members?
It’s like there’s a transferring of powers. Sometimes Desmond likes to be a lot more hands on, and other times he likes to leave it to Peter Lawwell. This has definitely been the case with some of the recent managerial appointments I think. But it’s definitely a bit of a confusing set-up. This is why attention constantly gets put to both men when things are problematic. Fans don’t know which one is to blame for what most of the time.
Yes it is difficult to se who should be accountable. On the other hand who get the credit for the last nine years?
I read in another article that DD’s son Ross is going to join the board. I believe that it was Ross that was at the AGM instead of DD.
