I’m not sure if what’ll be on Ange’s mind is his players not getting injured, as that’s not something that can be controlled by said players. I think a better way to think is to hope that each of our players that have gone away get some good game time and make a real impact on the games. Can you imagine if GG goes and scores a hat-trick for Greece, just how up for the game at castle grey skull he’ll be. If Starfet plays an error free 90 mins for Sweden how much more confident he’ll be when he gets back. These international games are an opportunity for those players to keep up their match sharpness and to prove how good they are on a bigger stage. (Okay, some of the games are friendlies, but still)
