Ange will have a real dilemma on his hands very soon I suspect

When Kyogo is fit to play, which could be quite soon, according to reports coming out of Celtic, what does Ange do, does he drop Giakoumakis, a player in great form right now and replace him with Kyogo or does he stick with a winning team and keep him in.
It’s quite a dilemma for him and a difficult decision to make.
The other alternative would be to play both up front to face Rangers.
Or start with Giakoumakis and bring Kyogo on if needed or if the game is secured, because I’m sure he is going to be a bit rusty after such a long lay-off.
What’s your take on this?

I would imagine he will stick to the inform players, and as you say he can bring a rusty Kyogo on from the bench for some game time, until he is up to speed and ready for the cup final!

My thoughts exactly, why take a chance with a rusty Kyogo when you have an in-form striker available. And as we’ve both alluded to, bring him on late on in the second half just to see how he is and how he copes.
Of course, he may not be ready for the Ranger’s game at Ibrox, we might have to wait until April the 9th when we take on st Johnstone , or possibly even the Scottish Cup semi-Final before we see kyogo up to speed and raring to go.
We’ll just have to wait and see. :four_leaf_clover:

To be fair it’s a tough decision in the best possible way for us.

Ange (depending on international injuries/knocks) may well have a number of selection dilemmas all over the park.

Think the key is that the players are gaining that hunger to take their chance in the first 11 and aim to nail it down.

On the Kyogo issue, I too wouldn’t be looking to start him as GG and Maeda have both been scoring of late. Jota on the other flank should complete the attacking trio but then the luxury of Kyogo to come on would also be encouraging.

Is Abada injured or could he come into contention? Just make sure Mikey Johnston is left at parkhead please :four_leaf_clover:

Definitely stick with GG Maeda and Jota. If Kyogo makes the bench so much the better. Also I’d keep Turnbull on the bench too. I hope Rogic is fit as I’d start him and Nir
