He made sure that we started the match in high tempo, he also made sure that when we lost the ball we got it back quickly, we also hunted in packs which was a joy to see, but Imo the tactic which was most impressive was the amount of crosses into the box which at times created total panic in their defence.
The player that stood out was Jota, he was nothing short of incredible today, not only was his passing on point, but his balls into the box were nothing short of superb. James Forest looks back to his best after a torrid few months, and scored a great goal from a perfectly weighted through pass from Jota.
But the most impressive thing today was that the whole team looked cohesive in their play, they all knew their part, and they all played it really well.
OK so we missed a penalty, but that happens, in the grand scheme of things it’s no big deal, we still ran out 3.1 winners.
This win puts the pressure firmly back in the Rangers camp. HH

Yes, a very good result & pleasing to see that to a man, the team were up for this game. It was the one game which worried me beforehand given our ‘toothless’ displays in the previous couple but we looked hungry, determined & energetic as well as being much more crisp in our passing game.
I also think however that Livingston were much more open, having had a very successful run in the previous 5 games or so, they perhaps made the mistake of thinking they could match us so didn’t sit in the way other teams have been doing.
