Celtic are one of the clubs interested in signing Aston Villa attacker Tyreik Wright, The Daily Mail has reported this week. The paper say that both Everton and the Bhoys are keeping tabs on him right now. Wright is currently on loan at English League Two side Walsall. He’s had an impressive start at the…

How about they keep Wright and we can have McGinn? Everyone’s happy!

Hold on a minute, WAIT EVERYBODY, just a minute, why are we allegedly eyeing up all these players and on whose behalf are we doing so, a new manager? Is Desmond going to show us how much of a petty and insolent billionaire he is by keeping Lennon on just to stick it to a support base, that, as he would deem it, had the outright ‘cheek and audacity’ to DARE question the incompetence and arrogance of Him, Lawwell and Lennon?. Fello Celts, if he keeps Lennon on, I beg my fello supporters, stand-up for yourselves, put this ‘Failfully Blind’ nonsense aside, time to boycott, if Desmond is planning on starting a war with the fans, let’s show him, who really runs the show

Tyreik Wright is really highly rated, definitely the kind of signing who’d make an impact for us.

Aye! I’d love to have him here.

I cannot imagine Lennon staying on after the league is arithmetically over.

Then I pose the question again, if Lennon isn’t going to be here next season and we are currently interviewing for a ‘Director of Football’ with the assumptions that come the summer the new ‘Director of Football’ and ‘CEO’ together will meet to appoint a new manager, who will then look into new signings, why are we allegedly eyeing up all these players right now and on whose behalf are we doing so?

@TheBhoys88 I think it’s a good idea to know who’s available. Hopefully it’s not PL or NL trying to make the signing.

I’m really, REALLY, hoping McKay is working in the background right now to select a competent DoF.

@StrangeAttractions I hope to God PL and NL have nothing to do with any decisions that are going to affect the club next season, two clowns that they are, I wouldn’t trust either man as far as you could throw them. So, if McKay is still in a job overseeing the day to day operations of the SRU and isn’t available to start until July, with a ‘Director Of Football’ position only in its interview process, then who the hell is looking ay these players and on whose behalf is it being done? Whos instructing the scouting department?
