And who takes over from Frimpong if injured Elhamed? We know it won’t be Dembele.
I think it probably would be Elhamed mate, yeah. We’ve seen how capable he is both going forward and at the back in the past (although I still think he’s to really find his form at the moment).
However, considering Forrest is back next month, I can see why the club maybe didn’t move for another winger (although it could’ve been the safe option too).
But if you’re plying a 3-5-2, I think Elhamed is a genuine option for that right wing-back spot. Maybe I’m wrong, but I would like to see it.
After his injury he’s slowed down a bit but still steady enough for defence. And if need be then I agree it’s only him left, pity would love to see Dembele play more games and bigger games even for last fifteen.
Aye I can understand that mate because he’s definitely slowed a bit. But I think if needs must he can power through in that position. I’m not sure it warranted splashing out any decent money on the likes of an Atsu.
