There is no doubt he was a successful Celtic manager, however some of his comments didn`t sit well with me eg “my dream job” and “lifelong Celtic supporter”. Most lifelong Celtic supporters would have anticipated the treble treble as perhaps second only to 1967. Yet he left on the Tuesday with in the context of the treble treble 2 massive games on the Wednesday and Saturday, both away against teams we had lost to not so long ago. To say the least very disappointing.
