Celtic Are Provoking The Fans Towards Mutually Assured Destruction

A MUST LISTEN TO Desmonds ego is going to see the house burnt to the ground

I’ve been thinking something similar to the thesis of what this article guess into lately:

Celtic supporters don’t renew season tickets so the club responds by saying we don’t care about the club so why should they invest in the club, we the support decide to not purchase any merch, so the club now say they can’t pay to improve the club, &c., ad absurdum.

We (rightly IMO) blame the board for ineptitude and cowardice, while the board blames the fans for not properly backing the club.

This scenario is basically what the article states. I think the fans hold more power precisely BECAUSE the board want to make money and they can’t make money on failing club.

@StrangeAttractions You’re absolutely spot on with your assessment fello Celt, you’ve nailed it in one. What you’ve outlined is precisely the low, cheap, dirty and untrue psychological warfare tricks that Desmond and Co will try to use. In true narcissistic fashion, the board and Desmond will try to make us (the Celtic fans) feel guilty for the shambolic set of circumstances that THEY are responsible for creating (as narcissists tend to do).

I hope and pray that my fello Celts (in their thousands) will see through the boards BS and stand firm, I hope my fello Celts don’t allow themselves or their emotional connection to the club to be manipulated ONCE MORE for the sole purpose of having their wallets milked again, we have been treated abysmally this year, taken for mugs and laugh at, DONT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN.
