Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has dished out some well-earned praise for Tom Rogic after a superb showing at Motherwell yesterday. Rogic played the vast majority of games against Oman and Japan during the international break that saw him clock up the airplane miles. However, he returned for Celtic at Fir Park only days after arriving…

Tom Rogic is a fantastic player when he’s on it. The ball sticks to his feet while he just glides past the opposition. The thing with the big man is the at he needs to show it more often and take control of his own destiny and don’t give Ange any reason to drop you.

I don’t think we’re even close to firing on all cylinders, but we’re definitely moving in the right direction and experienced players like Rogic have a big part to play in this redevelopment.

PS,
Delighted to see Starfelt getting into his game. Rightly or wrongly, he took a lot of flak in the first six weeks or so of his Celtic career, but it looks like Ange has found the best way to play him and Starfelt has a better understanding of how Ange wants him to play and what he must do to achieve it.

The future is bright…the future is Green & White.
