He’s operating as a wingback not a left back.
I noticed also he’s played a third of his games as a left sided Midfielder so it fairly evident he’s comfortable much further up the Park.
My only concern is he’s played hardly any football in European Competition(6 games) and as such is relatively untested.
I’d rather we went in for someone with a proven track record in Europe like Meling (43 games)
Especially given we are on the verge of Champions League football.
