You sign one loan player per season someone who will make a difference in Scotland keep the big wages for our top players if you want them to sign new contracts. Spend the transfer money on young talented hungry players. Have a pyramid system for wages at club that is performance related and if you don’t produce the goods you remain at the bottom of wages pyramid. If you consistently perform your wages increase every transfer window. We don’t need failures at other clubs coming to Celtic to get a bit of game time and having no long term future at club. All these above points can be achieved by having a good coaching team and competent head of recruitment/DOF.
