Celtic will wait until CCV’s loan period nears completion before making an offer to buy him, which is entirely sensible in case he should suffer a serious injury AND we will have hopefully won the league too. This will ensure automatic Champions League qualification x 2 of £40 million which can be used to finance the fee, allegedly in the order of £6million, which would be a steal! If CCV continues to develop under Ange in the way we have already seen, there will be clubs from the EPL knocking at the door with very big offers in a few years which will ensure Celtic profit handsomely. We don’t have to double money on CCV to pay the fee he is worth now. He could go for free at the end of four year and still have played a huge service to club. It would be great to have him around for four years and longer. Glasgow weather though…
