Celtic haven’t been shy in letting players leave on loan in the current transfer window. Luca Connell, the next candidate to take over from someone else like Callum Mcgregor. He should be about 25 or 30. What a waste of talent on the bench and development squad. From striker to midfielder from the same league the striker would go in first due to not having many, as I say every window we buy a midfielder for no reason but to have them there I think and the sell on fee. Turnbull will get more chances than Ewan but Ewan is the better player, I just don’t understand the Celtic way in purchasing players when we already have them. And yes Turnbull will get us more sell on if played enough, but can’t say he’s like Brown or Callum. or anyone else in front of him.
Stephen Welsh shouldn’t even be hooked for a loan till last minute on the 5th, as we might need him in the first team sooner than we think fingers crossed. As I see, also the midfield won’t be needing anyone for years to come.
