Not one mention of NL JK. That’s the difference between last season and this season- the players looked up to and respected Duffs coaching ability and professionalism.

Seems a lot of junior & senior players really enjoyed working with Damien.
If you drew a graph of the first teams decline I feel fairly confident the start of the downward trend would coincide with Duff’s departure.
Any chance to get him back should be jumped upon, unfortunately I get the feeling he doesn’t want to be part of a Neil Lennon set up.
