No point in celtic increasing pay structure for our youth players if we are not giving them first team action on a regular basis. I thought reason money was invested in our academy 15 years ago was to produce young home bred footballers to play for senior team. We wasted 6 years when there was no Rangers to worry about by not giving our young players regular appearances.If Celtic are serious about holding on to our young players we need to give them more chances playing senior football.
