Sometime in the weeks ahead we will probably hear that the shadow of Lawwell still remains at the club and Dom McKay probably could not work under those circumstances. As for DD it would be better for all concerned if he sold up and went elsewhere. Celtic do not need an absentee owner whose only affinity with the club is being Irish.

Totally agree with that Stephenob1. DD is an autocrat and Dom’s style was anything but.

Oh dear, least we forget Desmond said we are privileged fans. Him and his attitude to our club is the reason I never renewed my ticket this season sooner he’s gone the better

It is worrying to say the least. Dom’s tenure was short but Celtic fans will remember him and the positive wind of change he brought. All the best Dom.

I was confident Dom was doing the right stuff and also thought early on in the job he was doing the right things for the job and for myself he clearly was, never expected this totally gutted tbh.

Notice this was announced AFTER Ange’s press conference ,and,on a Friday afternoon? The only way I would believe that this really is because of personal reasons would be if Dom or Ange came out and explained this. I don’t trust the rest of them. Notice there wasn’t a statement from McKay either?
