Former Celtic striker Charlie Nicholas has been forced into an embarrassing u-turn on Ange Postecoglou after the Hoops boss has managed to turn the club’s form around. Postecoglou is slowly building momentum once more at Parkhead after back-to-back away wins at Aberdeen and Motherwell respectively. The victories answered a lot of questions about the character…
A couple of corrections there David. Not all of us were concerned and then you mention that no one was judging him. Again, not true. Having not been born on or after 1995, I was neither concerned nor judging him, which unfortunately is not true among a certain gathering of our fans…not supporters, and there is a difference.
Anyhoo, just wanted to say that you could’ve put anything behind “embarrassing”, as anything that comes out his mouth is embarrassing. Surprised the SDE still provide him with a salary, as he writes the kinda stuff that would be more suited to the Sunday Sport. The only difference was with the Sport, you knew it was nonsense and a bit of a laugh, whereas this idiot actually believes the bile he says.
Undoubtedly there will be more dips along the road, but this is when your supporters stand strong and the so called fans get on their doom & gloom high horse.

Fans buy things Celtic and love Celtic, supporters support through thick and thin also. We all know that. However, you both missed out on Castle & ibroke this season. Even if the team plays mince both will support the team through those games, which doesn’t mean everyone will love a manager sticking to one tactic. Don’t forget what you all said about Neil after so long and after so long was too much for all Fans&Supporters hated what he was doing to the club we all love.
Some valid points there. I was never on the Lennon out bandwagon, but also understood that change was required and therefore a new manager with fresh and alternative views in the game were a must for the club to move forward. Still think it would be unfair to put this all on Lennon and feel that the board restricted him a lot, but that’s now history and no matter what business you’re in, change is a necessity to be competitive. Charlie Nicholas is an idiot and keeps attacking the club that made him just to keep himself relevant & employed. Others such as MacAvennie, Walker, Commons, Provan are every bit as bad and in other walks of life would be charged with treason. Best thing is to ignore them, don’t buy the papers or listen to the podcasts in which they contribute, and they will slowly but surely dwindle and crawl back under respective stones.
No one is bigger than the club and I’m absolutely positive that we have something special in Ange and special things will happen with everyone supporting him and his team, and let the hasbeens realise they’re no longer relevant and no one cares what they think.

The first two yes bin them but the latter two aren’t that bad. The only news and wishful thinking I read is here. Not bought a paper since 10 or 8 That long ago I gave up. Some plankton added words and I was stumped. I just don’t like the glory charge, and as I said a one tracked mind leaves us hammered by any good team 100% Leverkusen only scored 4. Any other big team and we would look like Brendan’s team, against Barca/PSG. And the imps.
