Top class management teams improve good players and save money in long run. Celtic failed to give BR transfer funds they gave NL which was major mistake and money wasted. Celtic have a strong squad with a few players being sold and replaced in summer. Let the new manager pick his transfer targets.

When you look at the squad we have surely its good enough to at least be challenging for if not winning the league, never 23 points behind games in hand or not. Stepheneob1 is spot on, BR didn`t bring in many expensive signings initially apart from Sinclair but did improve the players he inherited. So let the initial expense be on a top class football manager with proven coaching skills then let him improve the squad as suggested.
