Both Dom & Ange have done outstanding work in the markets, and all done without a DoF & head of recruitment. They can now concentrate in getting these positions filled (if this is their wish) and I would also like to see Ange bringing in his own back room staff and see Kennedy & Strachan move on, although I fear that although he may be permitted to bring in his own team, we may still see Kennedy & Strachan hanging around in some capacity.
