For once Smith is talking sense. No-one wants to see the season finished pre maturely, but if needs must, needs must, there are far more important issues at stake. If the authorities decide the seasons finished, then it’s finished regardless of how many games were due tone played. The crux of the matter being, it is finished, no more games, done! Whatever the standings are at the time, that’s it!
