Today’s Celtic captain Nir Bitton found a supporter lookalike in Perth today as a small band of hardy fans made the trip to McDiarmid Park without tickets for the fixture. Crowds in Scotland have been restricted to just 500, meaning no Celtic fans were inside the stadium to cheer on the Bhoys against St Johnstone.…
Brilliant to see that band of fans behind the goals at Perth i just wish on the 17th January 60,000 turned up to the Hibs match and said Krankie enough is enough we want to watch Football
We have had 3 jabs we are out in the fresh air unlike the 50,000 bargain hunters she allowed to go sales shopping in central glasgow or the thousands of english tourists flooding the streets of Edinburgh over the Festive period many who can go watch football in england then visit our cities.
Someone has to question these isolation rules and dodgy testing results how many players could have played with this new covid and felt no different from having a cold.
id also give out the same testing kits being used at ibrox over the past year.
Gie’s peace with all that crap. Aye just tell the players to play on with COVID. You question it all, it’s you that’s bothered. Write all that in a letter to your MP or in a comment under a Russell Brand video. What an eejit!
PS headline from the I newspaper.
“Boxing Day shoppers ‘avoiding high street and buying online due to Omicron concerns’, retail experts say”
And another one,
“However, the largest rise was seen among young people, with an 85 per cent increase in first doses for those aged 18 and 24 and a 71 per cent increase in first doses for those aged 25 to 30.”.
Your the idiot fitbadug or a Sturgeon supporter how do you know anything about the damage this so called Omicron does when the Health experts cant tell,
The way you reply leads me to believe you believe everything you read in the papers
3 police vehicles to remove a small group of football fans from under a tree in Perth while we had bigger queues gathering to play on the big wheel in princes street Edinburgh.
I attended a football match last night with 50.000 fans in Newcastle which was closer to my house than Pittodrie where i would have been band.
Explain how that can work Fitbadug?
if we think Starfelt was not good value spare a thought for Man utd who spent 80 million on a big carthorse McGuire
Starfelt had a shocker at Perth and In the cup final. and as for our support getting moved on we all know police Scotland love nothing more than harrasing our support, fair play to the Bhoys who turned up to support their.team, which was their only crime…
Starfelt has yet to show me anything to suggest he’s the answer in central defence.
Panic passer under any sort of pressure,is weak against a strong attacker and runs like he’s the tin man without any WD40.
I don’t know who anyone else has been watching but Welsh looks a safer bet long term imo.
Playing in a back 3 I think it takes alot of pressure off Starfelt whilst also giving Welsh some more game time, it seemed to work really well last match and I’m wondering with the amount of injuries and missing players if ange will use this system again as I think some teams won’t be expecting it, 2 up top was so good to see and it can be extremely effective with the right combinations
He may need to try it when Julien is fit i think we have the full backs who can adapt to the system now too and if we do want two strikers on the pitch 3-5-2 might be best
At least we seem to be more flexible this season than last.
Yeah jullien in the centre with Carter vickers on the right and Welsh or Starfelt left or even ralston in that back 3 would be good, then depending on the opponent we can go with 2 defenders as the wing backs or 2 wingers to go all out attack, like the idea of using abada more central though, got decent movement which is good in the abscene of kyogo. Then we can be really creative with who plays in that middle 3 when everyone is fit and available, even playing jota in behind the 2 or him as part of a 2 up front, so many different options with it
