Gerrard’s lot only won by such a margin as they have the luxury of not having to play in front of their own moaning faced fans.
We on the other hand have struggled as our Bhoys lacked the backing our best fans in the world give.
As for the rebuild, I don’t think it needs to be that big. A couple of guys who have EPL experience and maybe a couple of English Championship boys who would use us as a stepping stone and I believe we’d be alright.
The new gaffer should be able to motivate the players better as everyone has to prove themselves. Bring the fans back and it could be a far brighter picture looking to next season
