I know that the buck stops with the manager…but you have to ask yourself…what were the players doing…?
I still don’t understand how we can play against Betis the way we did for the first 30 minutes last week…( it was outstanding football) and then produce a luke-warm insipid display against the team bottom of the league.
Ok…It might have been the playing surface…or a physical hangover from the Betis game…( heat/ effort/ travel) …but whatever it was…it was pitiful.
I also worry about our lack of physicality…Rogic, Turnbull and the front 3 couldnae tackle a fish supper…between them…and hard working journeymen in Scottish football…will relish playing against them.
Anyway…as far as Ange is concerned…The guy does need time and a big slice of luck with available players to turn things around…and I for one wish him all the luck in the world.
