Erm maybe I’m being dumb about this but I thought the “option to buy” meant if we want him and he wants to sign for us then that’s it, Benfica can’t do squat? Wasn’t that the case with Jack Hendry and Oostende? As in we couldn’t do squat about it that they were buying him with the intention of immediately flogging him at a profit?
