Because he comes from a society where this is what you do. They do not leave litter like scum here do. They have social responsibility and don’t always think it’s someone else job to clear up their crap that they live behind.

In Glasgow we have many improvement gaps, littering is one of them.
The new go to litter is discarded face masks and plastic bags of dog poo. Why put it in a bag then sling it……???
