I am trying to remain optimistic, it could have been worse. But I can’t understand why Juranovic did not take that penalty? It was a pressure situation and a guy not long in the team takes it !!! We could do with a favour tomorrow.
Juranovic is not long in the team, but i understand where you are coming from. Set a penalty taker and leave it like that, unless said taker is not on the park. HH
Madden was not the reason we failed today but it does stink that a team with 85% of the ball fouls the same amount of times as the team with 15% 10 fouls each added to his 27 fouls at Pittodrie.
Giakoumakis was the penalty taker at his former Club.
He’s got a decent record but has missed a few too.
Same story when we played Aberdeen, he sees fouls where there are none whilst simultaneously missing the most blatant stuff.
I don’t doubt he is biased against us, I’ve noticed enough of a pattern to convince me of that, I’m also convinced he’s completely incompetent.
Of course if Giakoumakis had scored we would be singing his praises. It’s a funny old game, football.lol
