I agree with Michael that why wait for substitutions? In most Celtic games, I watch the clock tick to 67.5 minutes then changes are made. Need to be more proactive than reactive. Don’t wait to go a goal down to initiate changes. Normally this results in panic. Press hard press early.

Exactly mate. Or worse than that, we get to the 70 minute mark THEN see that players are starting to warm-up.

Yesterday, @Ryan yesterday mentioned Lennon yelling something to the effect of “show some urgency”! to the players last night but he never makes urgent changes with enough time to effect the outcome.
