It should come as no surprise to anyone as to the reason behind why Ranger were dead against the winter break being brought forward.
They knew fine well that Celtic would struggle massively to put a strong enough team together not only to compete but possibly beat them on Jan 2nd due to the amount of injuries Celtic are trying to cope with right now, but now the match has been put back to Feb 1st, it now gives AP time to get in new players quickly and bed them in.
That’s why Rangers are furious that the winter break is starting after the Boxing Day fixtures. HH
