David the problem with Michael and other managers who have achieved good results with clubs that consider safety or promotion successful or country’s that qualify for major championships(now days it’s getting to be harder not to qualify) is that at celtic and rangers the teams are expected to win every game and coming second is failure. My idea of a celtic manager is somebody who has proved a winner more than once at one of the above scenarios.
