Looking at the players we’ve brought in this summer, you’d have to say those deals were surely all set up and put in place by Ange before he left?

For Rodgers to come in and boast about an approximate £30 million war chest then sign guys for £2-3 million?

Good luck to the new guys though and hopefully more improvement to our squad. I just couldn’t imagine Brendan keeping well abreast of the Asian player market while out of a job pre-Celtic :four_leaf_clover:

I’d say the signings so far were agreed during Ange’s time and primarily for development. Brendan has since rubber stamped the deals. I am pretty sure that the bigger deals where big money is spent will be identified by Brendan now that he has assessed his squad in pre-season, with a view to really adding some quality for the European campaign.
