I absolutely agree with all these points. Two reasons we need a new manager in now:
- Firstly, to see the team and rebuild in time for the champs league qualifiers. How many times do we go into the preliminary matches unprepared, not the right personnel, players playing out of position etc.
- Secondly, are we really guaranteed to make it to second place with this current team and management? We need someone in now to reinvigorate the existing team and cement second place*
- I can’t believe I’m fearing for second place.

I still think we’ll finish second cos we have much better players than Hibs and Aberdeen…but it wouldn’t shock me if it ended up being closer than we all want it to be

We have better players than rangers but not going to finish above them.
This season has been an under performance of gigantic proportions. The history books will comment on COVID, empty stadiums etc. Truth of the matter is that every team was confronted with this. Celtic ( top to bottom) came up very very very very short.

We need to do something to be ready for the champions league qualifiers, we will be in the league path not the champions path so we’ll be playing teams from Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Greece etc

I would be shocked if we managed to qualify for the champions league, but yeah we should be preparing for those games at the very least. I doubt we are though.
