Neil Lennon has no intention of leaving Celtic, even at the end of the season. BBC Scotland reporter Kheredine Idessane was present at today’s Zoom call press conference with the Celtic manager. After defeat to St Mirren at the weekend, there are again serious question marks about Lennon’s future. It seems that the idea of…

Ole Lenny is jacked up on Sevco deludemol tablets it seems. We have to face facts now that no matter what happens this board is giving Lenny until the end of the season with a chance of rebuilding the squad in the summer. It truly is looking like Lenny will be in charge for the start of next season. Hope to hell I’m wrong!

the lunatics have taken over the asylum.
I can not fathom out who is worse
the board for supporting Neil ,or Neil being oblivious of what is going on.
How many more dropped points, poor performances ahead .

I have to believe it happens Wednesday. Not today because of the window, nor tomorrow because of the game.

Only makes sense for JK to take it over through end of season.

But then again, nothing makes sense these days.

Ticket sales will determine whether he is still here next year. They’ll probably wait to see how much of a boycott there is before offering him another 12 months

Don’t forget, it would mean taking NL’s £300,000 out of Lawell’s £3 million if he doesn’t walk. So, that’s a no-go.

If the season tickets sell out they won’t care what the fans say or think or do.

Not that they ever have…

NL has been lucky to be Celtic manager as his managerial talents suggest. He had PL as his backer because he was willing to accept PL interference in team matters. He was cheap to pay as any quality manager would have cost 4 times as much. Finally he was in charge of Celtic at a time when Celtics financial clout should have resulted in more cups won (evidence BR tenure). He needs family or close friends to advise him best way forward.

If anything does happen about Neil leaving, I pray JK goes with him. Sorry rabhoys.

What’s this = Celtic have only one win in the last six and performances are not getting better. How long must we endure this arrogance and nonsense from the Celtic manager?
I’m sorry 67HH, remember this = Fantastic performance diamond shape say HH, Soro and Turnbull have turned this team around playing brilliantly?
Why is everything Neils fault I ask? Duffy is never a defender? And I’m sure he’s a 100% hun.
Ben Davis not signed on the first day of the transfer window? biscuit tin mentality board.
But they might sign a loan or two? They should all f off out of Celtic park now. Why do we have two players who are good, not fantastic but good in America still not in the squad?
Please advise. and I don’t believe it has anything to do with visas.

Next day one good player on loan?

Brenda leaving was all Brenda. We only looked good till Slippy turned up then Brenda ranaway as well. And most of slippy’s teams were loans, now he’s got cheap but good players. Not fantastic but tell that to our rubbish midfield defenders, Ajer a right back Nah. Ajer a central defender Nah. Ajer, an attacking midfielder yes.

Masterstroke by the rangers to appoint SG . Due to the past history between BR and SG it was on the cards BR ego and reputation would not allow him to stay at Celtic in a two horse race. PL like many of us fans thought we had the rangers dead and buried so PL decided he did not need to pay large money for BR replacement. Since rangers went into liquidation DD and PL have pursued a tragedy that a jockey on best horse in race pursues winning on the bridle but sometimes when another horse puts it up to best horse the jockey finds theres nothing left in the tank. That sums up where we are now TiMod.

Starting to wonder if some kind of guarantee is in place where NL will not be sacked and only has to weather the storm we fans are throwing at the club. Maybe the club are looking to bring in a director of football? One that isn’t lawwell.

yea Brenda ran away, never to be heard off again
what is wrong here is A man with ambition versus a Club with none, a Man with vision versus a club with none.
we were too small minded as a club , for BR, and that is why we will not attract a top manager (talk of Rafa is mental, he has ambition )
we were lucky to have BR

our next manager will be another cheap option

Who said never to be heard of again?
Who wants Rafa? Celtic couldn’t afford him unless Liewell left now.
And someone pointed D/D in the direction of good managers and an open cheque book, that would never happen again. We want brilliant managers and will end up with A/N or worse.
