Sticking to his game plan showing faith in some players who constantly perform badly, keeping Kennedy and strachan as backroom all sounds like Neil Lennon to me?
Eejit,1 he has no option but to show faith in certain players just now,he doesn’t have anyone else. 2 he tends not to have his own back room staff ,at least not until his second season in charge.

blatent arrogance not listening to people,this is exactly what happened with lennon and look at the result that brought us,every top manager/coach changes tactics/formation/players depending on the opposition.
You say he has no option ? Welsh played better than calvin or starfelt he had Bitton fit and has only just admitted he is a midfielder, the wee lad Moffat played for him pre season scored goals and was dropped despite banging them in for the b team. Scales (his signing) declared not ready to play? He had the best pre season for Shamrock rovers and in europe. So much so he was draughted into the Ireland squad. I COULD GO ON
Why does he need to listen, he told us at the beginning this was what it will be. A few defeats and the claws come out. i am 100% behind the man, Tommy Burns team played the best football i have ever seen. Didn’t win the League but came close. Then what happened? Ange has had 1 window without may i say a proper scouting setup.
