Not only a great keeper, but a great leader.
He was the only leader on the park since CalMac has been injured. He saw that against Dundee Utd and ran to the half way line to shout instructions to the rest of the team.
All going well, Joe will shine and be here for another 6 years…although that may not be entirely as the #1, but who knows???

I think 5 years is doable provided he can steer clear of a serious injury in that time.
His signing was never in doubt for me for as we know form is temporary class is permanent.
Joe has been a top class performer in his career so it’s not as if he’s trying to reach a standard that’s beyond him.
He’s always been a presence in the box at most Clubs he’s been at.
Which is what you need from a keeper.

I also think having Hart around the younger keepers will be invaluable to them as he gives them pointers from his vast experience as a player.
