I don’t really understand the passing and other stats if you have nothing to compare them against.
By all accounts none of the 3 players mentioned have reached their full development yet, so it would make more sense to concentrate on Robertson rather than spend money on another player who hasn’t come through our ranks.
Having said that, I would much rather that if they’re looking for another body in that position, then go for an experienced player who can slot straight in and not sitting on the bench for the biggest for the rest of the season. If we done that, it would buy us some time to develop Robertson to take over in 2-3 seasons.
