Celtic boss Neil Lennon abdicates responsibility on BBC Radio Scotland

Celtic boss Neil Lennon once again took no responsibility for the Bhoys’ horrendous 2-1 defeat against St. Mirren. The Celtic manager, who picks the team, works with them in training, sets them up tactically and is directly responsible for results, made deflection after deflection today. Ironically, that’s something his goalkeepers haven’t been able to do…

Nothing new unfortunately, Lenny has not owned up to his own failings this season or even last season when we went out of the champions league qualifier stage due to tactics and team selection. He’d gain a lot more respect by being honest or less delusional. Unfortunately (for him) the only way he can gain any shred of respect now is if he walked. Won’t happen though.

Damian Duff was the difference between last year and this year. When he left in the summer the writing was on the wall. Might not be bad idea to bring him back asap as temporary boss until the summer. He is available.

Could be a good idea

This typical of Lennon. Never his fault and it seems he’s doing everything right but the players are letting him down.

I’m afraid he’s a pathetic excuse for a modern day manager.

A dinosaur that
thumbs its nose at the meteor as it heads towards him.

I’m lost for words…please put us all out of our misery…

NL remains in charge is now threatening next season. We need to attract players as more than a few will leave this term. Any player of the level we need won’t touch us with a barge pole. What a joke.

as I said after the midweek game, where we scored twice in 24 attempts , that victory was a false dawn.
we have a team who have no confidence
a manager with no ideas
a business structure which is inept.

why do we as supporters expect change without any change
the way things are going
2nd place in this league will also be lost.

iIhave seen it before in football , we need some intervention ,a new voice , not Neil constantly saying it is no ma fault ,
He NEEDS TO GO NOW
or it will get even worse ,and it can get worse

January ends today still no word of the review. Will there be an announcement tomorrow. NL must be glad there weren`t 60.000 fans at the game yesterday. As I said before kept in a job by Covid19!
