That’s the problem here. Forster Van Djik and the other players were sold for big money because of their performances in the champions league not because of domestic form. Porto Benfica and Ajax sell their players for big money because they compete well in euro competitions. The new CEO needs to follow a course that europe is as much important as domestic success to enable the club to command proper fees for our players as well as the added advantage more talented players willing to come to the club for their development.
