Kygo is ichiban

Hearing the John McGinn chant last night brought me to thinking about our number one, Kyogo. In Japanese, ‘ichiban’ (pronounced eechi-ban) means ‘number 1’ both literally and metaphorically i.e. ichiban is also used to describe something that is the best of something. Thus I offer this chant in homage to Kyogo. To a tune similar to the John McGinn song.

Kyogo’s ichiban
He came here from Japan
Ange brought him here so he could score
And he scores his goals with ease
Sometimes they come in threes
That’s when you’ll hear The Tims all roar
He’s like a racing Colt
As fast as Usain Bolt
When he’s racing in on goal to score some more
Oh what an awesome sight
A flash of green and white
Ichiban is scoring goals galore! :four_leaf_clover::four_leaf_clover::four_leaf_clover:
