Up to now this season, he has just not been good enough

I personally like Adam Idah, he is a good strong player, he holds the ball up well, he can dribble past players with ease, But!
The only problem with him is as a striker he doesn’t score enough goals, unlike Daizen Maeda who can’t stop scoring and is now on 26 goals this season.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure he will come good, all he needs is a bit of confidence, something Maeda has by the bucket load.
I thought he would kick on when he scored those 2 goals against Aston Villa.
At a club like Celtic, we need Strikers who know where the back of the net is, so come on Adam prove me wrong and go on a striking spree.

Idah himself is probably frustrated by the lack of times he’s hitting the net based on how many starts he gets, but he does have talent to finish when the opportunity arises.

In all honesty, I couldn’t care if he scored very few against the rest of the league teams. I’d love to see him simply continually put TRIFC 2012 to the sword.

It’s those games that can give you legendary status on our side of Glasgow and I’m sure millions of other hoops fans would be gleeful if Idah scored multiple times in all the Glasgow derbies he plays in.

I agree with you about putting TRIFC 2012 to the sword, that’s all well and good but scoring against them does not win the league or the Cups.
A Celtic striker needs to score goals throughout the season against whoever they are playing against.
Beating TRIFC 2012 alone does not win us the treble.

It feels good though?

It sure does JeemoBhoy, it sure does!

Good strong team the day goals all over the park and a hope big comes off bench n does what he does Mon the hoops right from the start bhoys
