Bayo has spent his time at Celtic conjoined to words like “raw, young, physical attributes, unlucky” etc etc.
He’s already proven that with a run of games he can show finishing and talent that will only get better if he’s given a chance. And he still offers a vertical dimension that we don’t have in the squad. The likes of Ajeti, Bayo and even Klimala keep getting written off but they have never really been given an opportunity to show what they are capable of. Most of their appearances for Celtic have been on as a substitute for 5 or 10 minutes here and there.

Edouard is obviously a great player when he is on form but there has been favouritism towards him with only Griffiths being allowed anywhere near his position in the team.

There is talk of us bringing in Kevin Nisbet but had we signed him last season he would be set adrift in the same boat as Ajeti, Bayo and Klimala. He would be written off and considered a bad signing.
