I think a move to Celtic under Postecoglou was the ideal scenario for a player of his ability who’s career seems to have stalled in Portugal.
He’s coming to a Club who compete for Domestic trophies,play an attacking Football under a Manager who likes his type in front of a large vociferous Support which also puts him in Europe’s shop window.
It’s a massive Season for him and I belief he will be wanting to prove to his doubters just how good a player he thinks he is.
Having him and Johnston vying for the left wing spot should give us plenty options across the attack now.
Here’s hoping he takes his chance and we secure his services longer term and then of course move him on for a major profit later.
He has the ability no doubt.
